The Elvari online store at elvari.co is operated by LC Services LLC, 33 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Orders ship from our US fulfillment center in Greensburg, Pennsylvania.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the contiguous United States (the 48 states and Washington, D.C.). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or outside the United States at this time. If you are outside our delivery area, email us and we will let you know when that changes.
Cost
Standard shipping is free on every order within our delivery area.
Processing and delivery times
- Processing: orders are usually packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays).
- Transit: ground delivery typically takes 2–6 business days, depending on your location.
- You receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays and peak seasons can add a few days.
Your package
The mat ships in one box of about 40 lb (18 kg). Please make sure someone can carry it in safely. Check the shipping address at checkout; if you notice a mistake, email us right away. Once an order has shipped we can no longer change the address.
Damaged or lost shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the box and the contents and email us within 7 days of delivery. If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, contact us and we will work with the carrier and send a replacement or refund if the package is lost.
Sales tax
Where required, sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout based on your shipping address.
