Refund policy

The Elvari online store at elvari.co is operated by LC Services LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 33 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we", "us"). This policy explains our 30-day guarantee, how returns work, and our 2-year limited warranty.

1. 30-day guarantee (full refund)

You can try your Elvari mat at home for 30 days from the day it is delivered. If it is not right for you, we will take it back and refund the full purchase price.

• How to start a return: email support@elvari.co within the 30 days and include your order number. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us.
• Return shipping: for addresses in the contiguous United States we send you a prepaid return label. Pack the mat, controller, adapter and carry bag, preferably in the original box, and drop it off with the carrier within 14 days of receiving the label.
• Condition: trying the mat as intended is exactly what the 30 days are for, and normal signs of use are fine. The return must be complete. If a returned item is damaged beyond normal use during the 30 days (for example cuts, burns, liquid damage or heavy soiling) or parts are missing, we may deduct the reasonable cost of repair or replacement from the refund, and we will tell you before we do.
• Refund: once the return arrives at our warehouse and has been checked, we refund the full purchase price to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need a few more days to show it. If you paid with installments (e.g. Shop Pay Installments), the refund is applied to your installment plan.
• One guarantee per household: the 30-day guarantee applies to the first mat purchased per household.

2. Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incomplete, or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos (including the box). We will send a replacement part or product, or a full refund, at no cost to you.

3. Exchanges

We sell one mat in one size and color. If you need a replacement part (for example a controller or adapter), contact us and we will help.

4. 2-year limited warranty

Who is covered. This limited warranty is given by LC Services LLC to the original purchaser of a new Elvari mat bought from elvari.co for delivery in the United States.

What is covered and for how long. We warrant the mat, the controller and the AC adapter against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 2 years from the date of delivery.

What we will do. If a covered defect appears during the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair the product or replace the defective part or product with a new or equivalent part or product. If repair or replacement is not possible, we will refund the purchase price. We pay the shipping costs for warranty repairs and replacements within the contiguous United States. Replacement parts are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

What is not covered. Damage caused by accident, misuse, failure to follow the user manual, liquids, fire, power surges or connection to an incorrect power supply; repairs or modifications by anyone other than us or our authorized service partner; normal wear and tear of the surface and carry bag; cosmetic changes that do not affect function; and products bought from unauthorized resellers.

How to make a claim. Email support@elvari.co with your order number, a short description of the problem and, if possible, a photo or short video. We usually reply within one business day and will explain the next steps. Please keep your proof of purchase.

Limitations. Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the 2-year duration of this written warranty. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
