I got the Elvari mat because I have problems with my back. Lower back area. In 2019 I had a severe herniated disc on the left side L5S1, and now the same thing on the right side with strong radiating pain. Loss of strength in my leg plus nerve pain from the glute muscle all the way down to my foot. Had the mat for 2 weeks now and have to say its really helping me with the great programs. What I find absolutely key are the muscle relaxation programs and Body-Mind-Pain Separation P5!
